RETURN POLICY

Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the time the customer receives the item. Returns must be pre-authorized by Blackbear Offroad, any return not pre-authorized will be rejected and return to the customer. All returns must be unused and returned in like new condition. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns, customers may also be charged for missing or incomplete items. Shipping either way is non-refundable. We are not responsible for international shipping tax, duty, or brokerage fees; these fees are non-refundable.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Cancellations are subject to a 15% fee. Cancellations must be made before the order has shipped, if shipped, our return policy applies. 

REFUNDS

All refunds can take up to ten business days for the transfer of funds. All credit card payments will be refunded to the original card provided.
